Having trouble logging in to Console? Review these topics to help resolve your login issues and get back to work.
If you can't log in to Console because you have forgotten your username, follow these steps:
Within a few minutes, you'll receive an email that contains all the usernames associated with your email address. Each username is listed with its status so that you can easily identify your current username.
If you don't see the email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder. If you still don't see it, the email address you entered might not be valid. Try again and submit a support request via https://help.appnexus.com if you continue to have problems.
If you can't log in to Console because your password has expired, been reset, or you've forgotten your password, follow these steps.
NOTE: Console passwords must be changed at least once every 120 days. After 120 days, the password will no longer be valid and you'll be prompted to create a new one.
NOTE: The link remains valid for 16 hours. If you don't see the email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder. If you still don't see it, the email address that you entered might not be valid. Try again and submit a support request via https://help.appnexus.com/ if you continue to have problems.

When you're done, you'll be redirected to the Console login screen where you can log in with your username and new password. You'll also receive a confirmation email stating that the password has been reset.
